We do this by representing our items accurately before they are sold and shipping them quickly after they are sold. No refunds will be given. However, if for some reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase we accept an exchange (all shipping costs being covered by the buyer). Again, we ask that you read the description carefully and check all measurements before bidding.
Return items must be sent back via US Postal Service Priority Mail with delivery confirmation. Items must be returned back to us, in our hands, within 14 days. You will need to us the tracking number upon sending the return item. We will send your new item once we receive the item in the condition that it was sent to you. We can not issue refunds for items "lost" in the mail. Once a package leaves our hands and is turned over to a US Postal worker, it is out of our control.
