As most of our items are factory dump stock, there might be several results if you try to compare them back-to-back with items from official designer stores. Shipping to all destinations-within Europe and to the US takes ALWAYS 14-20 BUSINESS days. Please understand that we can't make it faster and we can fight against slow post services, silly postmen and weird customs policies. The regular shipping is without a tracking number. It does have a number of the registered service we are using but it can't be tracked on line. This number is used only from the post offices to track the package. They are able to do so if there is one month since the shipping date. Therefore, please allow up to one month for shipping to some destinations such as Italy.

Exchanges:

We do exchanges of all items in case they don't fit you or are not what you expected. However please read carefully the item description and always refer to size charts and measurements. In case we are not able to exchange the item we will provide you full refund upon confirmation of shipment of the item back to us. In case you are returning the item for exchange the cost for the return shipping will be covered by you.
